I'm a new Pfaff owner and enjoying it so much! Lori is so knowledgeable and patient. Everyone is so enthusiastic and helpful. Love the interesting classes and especially UFO/PhD days when we can all do our own thing, get questions answered as they come up, and just have a fun 'get away from it all' day! Always a friendly caring atmosphere. Thanks gals!

Because I don't always get along with my Pfaff sewing machine, I come to the store with questions. I Have to admit that the reason we don't get along is me--I don't always remember how to do something. The staff is always ready to help and they never seem rushed or give the impression that they need to be somewhere else.

I recently purchased a PFAFF Hobby machine & a Simplicity vacuum. I was impressed with the knowlege of the machines & the time given to let me try out each before purchasing. I love both the sewing machine & vacuum! I also had 2 other machines repaired & was pleased with that service also.

I absolutely love the "girls" in the store...they are so eager to be of help to anyone that walks in the store. They help by encouraging, solving and giving advise. These are a group of people that are giving and kind. Everyone needs to go in and visit Lori, Heather, Carol, Sam, Cory...oh the guys aren't too bad either. See for yourself, no other business is as kind and customer focused!!
